The center was created by restaurant business professionals and has state accreditation. Our programs are created and adapted to the needs of the market. Training takes place in well-equipped conditions that meet the latest modern trends in the restaurant business. When training students, author's programs are used, based on the experience of the best specialized educational institutions in Moscow and Kyiv; practical work is carried out here on modern equipment (professional bar and coffee stations, a hall equipped in the best Ukrainian traditions, imitating a restaurant hall with professional serving). Laboratory and practical work is carried out using tasting material from leading world producers (vodka, tequila, gin, whiskey, cognac, rum, cachaça, liqueurs, syrups, coffee from Italian roasters, tea and tisanes from China, Africa, America, India and Sri Lanka, as well as wines from France, Italy, Spain, Chile, Argentina, Australia, the USA and domestic producers).
When teaching students, author's interactive methods using educational video materials are used.

Upon completion of studies, state diplomas, certificates and diplomas are issued.
In addition, training is provided in the above-mentioned specialties with the issuance of certificates.
With collective orders from organizations, it is possible to develop special training programs with teachers visiting the training site.
Students are provided with housing for the duration of their studies (for an additional fee).
